IPER is the authorized study centre of North Orissa University,Baripada,Orissa & Karnataka State Open University ,Mysore,Karnataka providing various professional programs for working executives. Apart from academic support, IPER also provides placement assistance to students.

• Knowledge: Enabled through full-time classroom instruction supported by competent faculty members,contemporary courseware, modern library facilities and experiential learning facilitated through appropriate industry interfaces.

• Skill: Focus on computer skills and soft skills such as written and oral communication, team playing,
goal setting, time management and interpersonal skills. This is done through soft skills lab, IT lab,
reading seminars, guest lectures and field assignments such as live projects and summer internship.

• Attitude: Focus on developing a positive outlook, openness, ability to view situations as win-win and
viewing problems as opportunities. These are enabled through interactive classroom methodologies.
Aims and Objectives

To establish and run educational and training programmes on management and Social studies to guide the young professionals qualifying for the award of diploma and degrees or any other academic distinctions under any lawful agreement or affiliation with the appropriate authority.

To undertake scientific research for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in the areas of business management & Information Technology.

To implement, organize and facilitate the process of academic analysis through conferences, seminars, symposia and lecturers in matters relating to strategic management and new areas of development in the management sciences.
